We Dispatch all our orders within 1-2 Business Days, it generally takes 3-5 days for your order to get deliver to your doorsteps, we mostly ship through air wherever possible, to cut down the delivery time and get your order delivered to you at earliest.
All orders go through a quality check before dispatch but you can raise a return request within 14 days of product delivery to our support email address (support@inkstreets.com) with your order id and unboxing video, we would need an unboxing video of product as a proof of defect / malfunction
