Need an update on your Inkstreets order?

Track your order

Start with the order-status link in your order confirmation email. When tracking is available, your shipping update will include the carrier information you need to follow the parcel.

Tracking can take time to update after a shipping label is created. Production, dispatch and carrier transit are separate stages.

Change or correct an order

If you notice an incorrect phone model, address or other order detail, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfilment begins.

Damaged or incorrect item

Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the case, the issue and the shipping label. Send those details through our contact page together with your order number so we can investigate.

Use our contact form and include your order number plus the email address used at checkout. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
