Made-to-order fulfilment

Many Inkstreets phone cases are produced after an order is placed. Production time and shipping time are separate. Your order may remain in production before a carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates for your destination are shown during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs, weather, public holidays and other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided through your order-status page or shipping confirmation. Tracking may take some time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has started. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Product-specific destination restrictions

Some products cannot be shipped to every destination. The product page may list specific shipping restrictions. For the currently listed Tough Case for iPhone® products, shipping is not available to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan or Singapore. If a product cannot be shipped to your address, please choose another available product.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, such charges may be collected by local authorities or carriers and are the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a parcel appears lost or is returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and available next steps.
