Order fulfilment

Some Inkstreets dresses may be produced after an order is placed. Production time and shipping time are separate, so an order can remain in production before a carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates for your destination are shown during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by production time, carrier delays, weather, public holidays and other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided through your order-status page or shipping confirmation. Tracking can take some time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has started.

Product availability

Availability can vary by dress design, size and delivery destination. If an item or shipping method is unavailable for your order, the available options shown at checkout will apply.

Taxes and duties

Where applicable, taxes, duties or other charges may be added or collected according to the destination and the checkout configuration. Any amounts shown at checkout form part of your order total.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a parcel appears lost or is returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and available next steps.
