These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Inkstreets online store and to orders placed through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced on the store.

Products and artwork

Inkstreets currently focuses on art-led women's A-line dresses featuring botanical and floral prints. We aim to describe product materials, fit and artwork accurately. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on a screen, and artwork placement or cropping may vary by garment size and production layout.

Size selection

You are responsible for selecting the size shown on the product page before placing an order. Available sizes and prices can vary by product and variant.

Product specifications

Current A-line dress listings describe a 220 GSM poly-spandex fabric that is breathable, stretchable and naturally wrinkle-free, with a fit-and-flare silhouette and fade-resistant print. The product page for the item you purchase is the source of truth for its current specifications.

Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent us from cancelling or declining it where reasonably necessary, including for payment problems, suspected fraud, product or fulfilment unavailability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, any amount due back will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or checkout. Taxes, shipping charges and other applicable amounts may be added where required. Payment processing is handled by the payment providers enabled for the store.

Fulfilment and delivery

Returns and cancellations

The Inkstreets name, store content, product presentation and artwork made available through the store are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant a right to reproduce or commercially exploit it.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in violation of applicable law, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services including ecommerce technology providers, payment processors, fulfilment providers and carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inkstreets is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
