These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Inkstreets online store and to orders placed through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced on the store.

Products and artwork

We aim to describe products and artwork accurately. Printed colours can vary from what you see on a screen. Artwork placement and cropping can also vary between phone models because device dimensions and camera layouts differ. Painterly, paper and other visual textures shown in artwork are printed visual effects unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Phone-model selection

Phone cases are model-specific. You are responsible for selecting the exact phone model listed in your device settings. Similar-looking phone models may use different case dimensions, camera openings or button positions.

Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent us from cancelling or declining it where reasonably necessary, including for payment problems, suspected fraud, product or fulfilment unavailability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment, any amount due back will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties and other applicable amounts may be added where required. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and/or the payment providers enabled for the store.

Fulfilment and delivery

Many products are made to order. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary. Please review the Shipping Policy for additional information and product-specific destination restrictions.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy and any non-excludable rights provided by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Inkstreets name, store content, product presentation and artwork made available through the store are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of underlying artwork or grant a right to reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the artwork itself.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in violation of applicable law, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, fulfilment providers and carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inkstreets is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your use or purchase will apply subject to applicable law.
